2. Eligibility
Open to residents of any country who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Golden Grip B.V., their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible.
Where any part of this giveaway conflicts with local law, that part does not apply and entrants in that jurisdiction are not eligible.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your chance of winning.
3. Entry period
The giveaway opens on 2 November 2026 at 15:00 CET and closes on 15 November 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted. The clock used is Golden Grip’s entry system, not the entrant’s device.
4. How to enter
To be eligible, an entrant must complete all of the following during the entry period:
- Submit the entry form at goldengrip.com/pages/100k, including a valid email address and Instagram handle.
- Follow @goldengripshop on Instagram.
- Comment on the Golden Grip giveaway post on Instagram with the word GRIP and tag two other Instagram accounts.
- Share the Golden Grip giveaway post to their Instagram story, tagging @goldengripshop.
Completing all four steps gives one entry.
Bonus entries
Each entrant receives a unique referral link after submitting the entry form. Every person who submits a valid entry through that link gives the referrer one additional entry. There is no limit on the number of referral entries one entrant can earn.
Referrals are counted automatically by our entry system. Entries generated by automated means, duplicate accounts, or any method intended to inflate entry counts will not be counted.
Limits
One entry per person. Multiple entries using different email addresses, duplicate accounts, or any other means of entering more than once will result in disqualification of all entries from that person.
Entrants are advised to keep a screenshot of their Instagram story, as they may be asked to provide it during winner verification. Stories expire after 24 hours and cannot be checked afterwards.

The Brachio Blaster is a product that has not yet been released for sale. It will be shipped to the winner once it becomes available. Golden Grip will inform the winner of the expected shipping date at the time of notification.
Terms of the Mini Gripper Set prize
The 75 Mini Gripper Set prizes are claimed by adding the set to an order at goldengrip.com using a unique code supplied to the winner.
- The code covers the full value of one Mini Gripper Set (€60)
- There is no minimum order value
- Shipping costs are not included. The winner pays the standard shipping charge for their order
- The code is valid until 31 December 2026
- The code is single-use and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another Mini Gripper Set code
- The code has no cash value and expires unused if not redeemed by the date above
Clothing sizes
Winners of clothing prizes will be asked to provide their size and colour preference after notification. Prizes are subject to availability; where a size or colour is unavailable, Golden Grip will offer the closest alternative.
6. Winner selection
Winners are drawn at random from all valid entries after the entry period closes. Each entry earned, including referral entries, counts as one chance to win.
Winners are drawn in a single draw and numbered in the order drawn. Prizes are assigned by that number: the first drawn receives the Competition Armwrestling Table, the second the Bruce Lee Grip Machine, the third the Brachio Blaster, the fourth and fifth a Forearm Finisher, the sixth to tenth a T-Shirt + Hoodie, the eleventh to twenty-fifth a T-Shirt, and the remaining seventy-five a Mini Gripper Set code.
No entrant may win more than one prize.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.
7. Verification and notification
Before any prize is awarded, Golden Grip will verify that the drawn entrant completed all required entry steps. This includes checking that the entrant follows @goldengripshop, that their comment appears on the giveaway post, and that they shared the post to their story. Entrants may be asked to provide a screenshot of their story.
An entry that cannot be verified will be disqualified and a replacement winner drawn.
Winners will be notified by email at the address given on the entry form within 7 days of the draw. A winner who does not respond within 7 days of notification forfeits the prize, and a replacement winner will be drawn.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check their spam folder.
8. Prize conditions
Physical prizes are shipped free of charge to the winner’s address. Golden Grip ships worldwide, and prizes are sent from the warehouse nearest to the winner where possible.
Prizes can only be shipped to destinations Golden Grip is able to ship to commercially. If a winner is located in a country we cannot ship to, Golden Grip will offer an alternative prize of comparable value that can be delivered, or store credit of equivalent value. If neither is possible, the prize is forfeited and a replacement winner may be drawn.
For large items, Golden Grip reserves the right to offer an alternative prize or store credit of equal value where shipping costs would be disproportionate to the value of the prize.
Winners are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, VAT, or taxes that apply in their country. Golden Grip will not reimburse these.
Winners are responsible for reporting the prize to their tax authority where local law requires it.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Golden Grip reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
If a winner does not provide a valid shipping address within 14 days of being asked, the prize is forfeited and a replacement winner may be drawn.
9. General conditions
Golden Grip may disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has breached these rules, tampered with the entry process, used automated entry methods, created duplicate accounts, or acted in a way that is unfair to other entrants.
Golden Grip is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not received for technical reasons, including failures of the entry platform, Instagram, or the entrant’s own connection.
Golden Grip may amend these rules or cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if it cannot be run as planned for reasons outside its reasonable control. Any change will be published on this page.
To the extent permitted by law, Golden Grip’s liability in connection with this giveaway is limited to the value of the prize. Nothing in these rules excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
By entering, winners agree that Golden Grip may publish their Instagram handle and first name when announcing the results.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility in connection with this giveaway.
Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights an entrant has under the law of their country of residence.
10. Privacy
Golden Grip B.V. is the data controller for the personal data collected through this giveaway.
We collect the entrant’s name, email address, country, Instagram handle, training interest, and optionally a phone number. This data is used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, and contact winners. The legal basis for this use is the performance of the giveaway the entrant has entered into.
Marketing consent is separate and optional. Entrants who tick the marketing box are added to the Golden Grip mailing list on the basis of their consent, and can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Ticking the box is not required to enter, and not ticking it has no effect on an entrant’s chance of winning.
Entry data is processed by our giveaway platform, ViralSweep, and marketing subscribers are stored in Klaviyo. Entry data is retained for 12 months after the giveaway closes and then deleted, except where a longer period is required by law.
Entrants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise any of these rights, email info@goldengrip.com.
