Bruce Lees Favorit! Griffmaschinen sind großartige Trainingsgeräte für die Entwicklung von Quetsch- und Stützgriffkraft. Der zusätzliche Vorteil dieser Maschine gegenüber einem Handgreifer ist, dass du den Widerstand in kleinen Schritten erhöhen kannst. Je nachdem, welche Hantelscheiben du hast, kannst du das Gewicht bei jedem Training um 1 oder 2 kg erhöhen. Bei einem Gripper ist die einzige Möglichkeit, das Gewicht zu erhöhen, einen noch schwereren Gripper zu verwenden. Allerdings ist der Unterschied zwischen zwei Greifern in der Regel recht groß.
Verwendung der Grip-Maschine
Grip- Maschinen sind sehr einfach zu bedienen. Alles, was du tun musst, ist, dein Gewicht auf den Pin zu laden. Keine Sorge, wir haben dafür gesorgt, dass genügend Platz für 20- und 25-kg-Platten vorhanden ist.
Die Grip- Maschinen sind speziell auf die Verbesserung des Quetschgriffs ausgerichtet und können zur Ausführung von Wiederholungen oder Griffen verwendet werden. Drücke einfach beide Stangen zusammen und führe Wiederholungen oder Griffe aus. Wir empfehlen, beide Techniken in dein Training einzubauen.

Perfect Machine

Got my piece a few days ago and i absolutely love it. High quality and by my mistake i ordered it with the 25mm Pin but it doesn't matter works with olympic plates. So Go on Guys it's really cool and worth the Money!!!

Funktioniert gut, aber könnte mit etwas mehr Liebe produziert werden

die Grip Machine funktioniert, könnte aber von den Fertigungsprozessen besser sein. Zum teil scharfkanntige Enden. Bei dem Preis wären Kunststoff propfen schön an den Abschlüssen der Oberrohre. Mein Gerät verklemmt sich am Endpunkt. Nur mit schwerem Gewicht ab 50KG plus klemmt es nicht mehr... Pumpt aber die Unterarme super auf :-)
