What fulfilled?? I order the forearm station on May 23. Still waiting to receive the shipment.

Thanks for your review and I'm sorry about the delay on your order... I totally understand that this must have been a frustrating experience from your end. Generally, orders to Canada are delivered within 1-2 weeks, however big items like these can take a bit longer since they have to be shipped by sea because they are too heavy for air freight. Regardless of that, it did take unusually long since it would still normally be delivered to Canada in about 3-4 weeks. As we discussed over email, unfortunately our warehouse had made an error when creating the shipment which is why it stayed on hold for a while :(.
I'm glad to see on the tracking info that it has now arrived though and I wish you good luck with your training! I hope you were happy with the €50 voucher that we gave you as compensation for the delay.

The price is clearly abusive when you look at the quality of the product.
At first when I received it the packaging was nearly destroyed, I was afraid that parts would be missing or broken.
Concerning the product when I tried it I noticed that the attachment for the handle (only a screw and a small washer) is a very bad system because if you don't screw it until you twisted the washer the handle will just rotate in the air.
And the 2nd big problem is as soon as you put some heavy weight on and use the handle for pronation/supination it will loosen off and the weights will fall brutally on the wood platform.
I ordered several items and was happy of them, but clearly not this one...

Thanks for your review and I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience... We take great care in packing all of our products as safe as possible to get through the shipment process without any damages. However, unfortunately we are not in control in how the mailman handles the package, which is why it can still end up damaged during the transit process. It's a frustrating reality of sending shipments internationally, although it's still a rare case that packages end up with significant damage. My apologies nevertheless, I can see how this is not a great experience when receiving the shipment...
Regarding your feedback on the product, I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Would you be able to send pictures to clarify to info@goldengrip.com? We have sold a decent amount of Forearm Station and never heard this complaint before, and have tested the machine ourselves with very heavy weight (80KG+) without such things happening. Could it have been that you didn't attached the handle properly? If done correctly, it should really be sturdy enough to hold any realistic amount of weight.
