I never got the product

Hi Javier,

Thanks for your review, and my apologies again regarding your situation. As we had discussed through our communication by email, your order was shipped out succesfully but somehow seems to have gotten stuck in the shipment process... Many things can happen to a package while it's in the shipping process, incl. getting lost by the courier, wrong routing, damaging, etc., that can cause big delays or even getting completely lost in transit. This is an unfortunate reality about shipping packages in general, unfortunately you were one of the unlucky few that this happened to (about 1% of shipments).

We don't get any notification when this happens and unfortunately it's completely out of our control. The only thing we can do is act accordingly after these kind of situations arise. I hope you were still happy with our solution of giving your a refund on your shipment costs and sending out a new express shipment. I can see that the tracking of the new shipment indicates that it should be delivered in 3 days time (express shipments to U.S. typically take about a week), hopefully it will still help you in your training!

Poor delivery

Because shipping was international I was required to be. home when it was delivered meaning that this package is now somewhere at my post office and I’m going to have to drive there to get it. I’m hopeful that next time I order this product it will not require a signature as I did not ask for it to be delivered so securely.

Awesome grip!

I tried a lot of different liquid chalks so far (as a competitive strongman and being in the iron game for almost two decades) and this one is certainly one of the best products. Highly recommended.
