Der Blob gilt in der Welt der Griffkraft als eine der legendären Lifts. Es handelt sich im Grunde um die Hälfte des Endes einer 100-Pfund-York-Hantel, die mit einem Kneifgriff vom Boden gehoben werden muss.
Das Konzept des Blob wurde erstmals von Richard Sorin erfunden, als er einige Gewichte aus seinem Lagerraum transportierte. Nachdem er bemerkte, dass er nicht in der Lage war, die letzte Hälfte seiner zerbrochenen 100-Pfund-York-Hantel zu heben, setzte er sich das Ziel, diese zu heben.
Das Problem mit einem echten Blob? Er ist superschwer! Es gibt nicht viele Menschen, die diesen Kraftakt meistern können.

Great economical way to train for blobs. Only complaint was the edges are very sharp and not representative of most real blobs.

I would love to review this product, but I cannot. I ordered it on 3/30, but still haven't received it. According to FedEx, it's been sitting in New York since 4/16, and today is 5/6. Hopefully I receive it soon and can give a better review.
