The blob is known as one the legendary lifts in the world of grip strength. It's basically half the end of a 100lbs York dumbell, that has to be lifted from the ground in a pinch grip style.

The concept of the blob was first invented by Richard Sorin when he was moving some weights from his storage area. After noticing that he wasn't able to pick up the end half of his broken 100lbs York dumbell he set out a goal for himself to lift it. 

The problem with a real blob? It's super heavy! There's not many people who are able to complete this feat of strength.

With our blob replica you can easily change the amount of weight your lifting with it by attaching it to a loading pin. This way you can incrementally add weight each workout and work yourself up to the almighty 50lbs blob lift!

Great economical way to train for blobs. Only complaint was the edges are very sharp and not representative of most real blobs.

I would love to review this product, but I cannot. I ordered it on 3/30, but still haven't received it. According to FedEx, it's been sitting in New York since 4/16, and today is 5/6. Hopefully I receive it soon and can give a better review.
