Wrist extensions never felt this good before...

After using our Forearm Finisher, you'll never want to do dumbbell wrist extension again! It simply makes it 10x better.

With a regular dumbbell you have to grip onto the weight in an awkward position, which target the wrist flexors. Since we want to train wrist extensions here, it would be much better if we could eliminate the wrist flexors from the movement.

Thanks to the design of the tool, the resistance of the movement is now placed on the back of the hand. This allows you to train wrist extensions WITHOUT needing to grip.

That way you can fully focus on taking your wrist extensors to complete failure, without having to worry about getting sore in your wrist flexors!

Going beyond failure

There's not many exercises where you can hit true failure, leaving you screaming in pain.

With most lifts, you get technique breakdown, out of breath, safety concerns, or a slipping grip before you're able to reach complete failure.

With this device, you can go all the way until your extensors are screaming in absolute agony. When grunts are making its way through your mouth and your face turns into game-mode.

Then, when you can't lift it up anymore, you start hitting partials, going even beyond failure.

When the bar finally hangs dead on your hands, your set is over and it will feel like your extensors have been set on fire.

Your hands are trembling. Your forearms shaking. You can barely hold your own arms up.

But damn, does that feel good!

the missing link in getting pain-free 'bulletproof elbows

Ask any athlete or gym-bro if they've ever had tendonitis around their elbow, and I'll bet you that almost all of them will say yes. It's a shame, because usually the cause is actually simple. In most cases the pain can always be traced back to a weakness around a joint.

In the case of the forearm, it's usually a combination of very tight foream flexors, and weak extensors. With every push-up, bench press, throw, punch, or fall the force will be send up the forearm, straight into the elbow.

When your extensors are weak, the elbow joint has to absorb the shock alone. Say hello to tendinitis, golfer’s elbow, and that sharp feeling of pain on every press.

The Forearm Finisher lets you load wrist extension safely through a huge range of motion, with full isolation of the wrist extensors.

More load, more stretch, more blood flow, exactly on the muscles where it matters that most lifter normally barely touch.

How forearm finisher will help you

Grow your arms!

Put some extra meat on those wrist extensors and see your forearms blow up in size!

DISCLAIMER: you might need to buy new shirts and sweaters after your forearms have become too big for your sleeves (not a joke).

'Bulletproof' your hands, wrists and elbows

Most people have severe imbalances in their forearms: strong and overly tight flexors, but weak extensors. This often results in tendonitis over the long term. Take your wrist extensors to the next level and make your arms 'bulletproof'.

Get better at your sport

Having strong wrists through all of it's ranges of motion can be of huge advantage in many sports, including armwrestling, strongman, MMA, wrestling, etc. Especially because few people train it, this can become a new competitive edge over your competitors.

But... Why not just use a dumbbell?

We’re glad you asked. You see, dumbbell wrist extensions are totally okay. However, this thing simply makes it 10X better. Why? Let us explain.

With a dumbbell, you need to hold onto the weight to do the exercise. Any form of gripping activates the forearm flexors. The heavier you go, the harder you need to grip and the more your flexors will fatigue. Many people will get sore in their grip before being able to take their extensors to failure, and it simply makes the exercise awkward to do.

That’s exactly why we made this product. Because of its design, the resistance is now placed on the back of the hand. This allows you to move the weight without needing to grip, which completely relieves the forearm flexors during the exercise.

The result: full isolation of the wrist extensors, a much longer range of motion, and a much better stretch at the bottom. You'll fee it when you try it!

Much better range of motion & stretch

One of the things you'll notice about using the Forearm Finisher is that the range of motion is longer than with a regular dumbbell. Next to that, it will also give you a much better stretch at the bottom.

This is because of three things:

  • Because the resistance is on the back of the hand, you can hold much better tension on the extensors during the negative.
  • The loading pin is attached at a slight angle, which will kind of push your wrist more inwards at the bottom, giving you a better stretch.
  • You can move your wrist further back and down if you don't need to grip hard, like with a dumbbell.
