Service après vente

Le service après vente est excellent ! Un très grand professionnalisme de la part de l'équipe GoldenGrip, pour remettre du contexte, j'avais laissé un avis de 2 étoiles le 08/04/2025 en disant que la boucle en acier de ma broche de chargement c'était détachée donc cassée avec une utilisation à seulement 12kg lors de levés pronation. Le lendemain, ( donc rapidement ) je reçois un message de retour comme quoi ils sont désolé d'apprendre cela, que normalement broche de chargement peut supporter jusqu'à 200kg et que c'était sûrement un problème de construction car en 1000 ventes à peut près, ils n'ont jamais eu le problème. Ensuite je l'ai ai donc contacter en renseignant mon numéro de commande pour effectuer un renvoie. Et pour finir, aujourd'hui, donc seulement 2 jours après mon avis, j'ai reçus une nouvelle broche. Merci énormément pour cette vitesse de service après vente. Très satisfait !!!

Cassage de la boucle en acier

Pour être honnête, cette broche de chargement m'a été très utile pour mes entraînements de bras de fer, cependant, cela fait 4 mois que je l'ai et la boucle en acier viens de se détacher du tube lorsque j'effectuais des levés pronation avec sangle à seulement 12kg...🫤

(English below) Bonjour Sean, merci pour votre avis et je suis désolé d’apprendre cela… Cela ne devrait certainement pas arriver, car notre broche de chargement a une limite de charge de plus de 200 kg. Je pense que la vôtre a dû présenter un défaut de fabrication. Nous en avons probablement vendu plus de 1 000 et nous n’avons jamais reçu cette réclamation auparavant, donc je pense que c’était un coup de malchance dans ce cas.

English: Hi Sean! Thanks for your review and I'm sorry to hear about that... That should definitely not be happening as our loading pin should have a weight limit of more than 200KG. I think that somehow your loading pin must have had a manufacturing issue. We have probably sold 1000+ of these and never heard this complaint before, so I think it was a matter of bad luck in this case.
