A causa del design dello strumento, l'impugnatura tenta attivamente di rotolare fuori dalla mano durante la flessione del polso. Rende questo esercizio un modo fantastico per ottenere un controllo extra delle dita durante un incontro di braccio di ferro e migliorare la potenza della coppettazione.

È possibile collegare la chiave da polso a una stazione via cavo o a un perno di caricamento. L'angolo di resistenza può essere regolato scegliendo un foro diverso a cui fissare il moschettone.
