This is the ultimate bar to train your brachioradialis. The muscle that will give you that thick, meaty look around the elbows.
It's actually the biggest muscle in the forearm, so it makes sense to prioritize it if you want to add some mass to your forearms. It mostly gets activated during a 'reverse curl' in which you use a semi-pronated grip.
Typically, people use an EZ-curl bar for this by grabbing it with an overhand grip. It works, but it has a bit of a flaw. Due to the overhand grip, all the weight is handing on your fingertips. Especially at the top part of the curl, this starts to make the exercise a bit awkward and many people will lose their grip before they can truly take their brachioradialis to failure.
This patent-pending bar solves that problem fully. Thanks to the adjustable strap, you can squeeze your hand inbetween the handle and the strap, which will lock your hands into place. Now, the resistance is placed on the back of the hand and you can perform your curls without having to grip pretty much at all.
The result: you can now take your set to the extreme, and takek your brachioradialis to absolute failure. And even then, you can continue doing partial raps until your muscles are screaming and you can't take it anymore.
