    Dieser Ladebolzen kann mit Hantelscheiben beladen werden. Der Ladestift lässt sich hervorragend zum Training der Griffkraft einsetzen. Oben am Stift befindet sich eine Stahlschlaufe, an der verschiedene Aufsätze befestigt werden können, um die Griffkraft zu trainieren. Um Ihnen dies so einfach wie möglich zu machen, ist auch ein Karabiner im Lieferumfang enthalten.

      Great loading pin with bumper underneath.
      That was a surprise, because I have more loading pins (you can’t have enough) and they don’t have that. So it’s actually safe to use in the living room. Not with the big weights of course, but it’s a nice addition.
      Nice powder coat finish, great addition to my home gym.
