La ventaja adicional que tiene esta máquina sobre una pinza manual es que puede aumentar la resistencia en pequeños incrementos. Dependiendo de los discos de pesas que tengas, puedes aumentar el peso en 1 o 2 kg en cada entrenamiento. Con una pinza, la única forma de aumentar el peso es usar una pinza más pesada. Sin embargo, la diferencia entre dos pinzas suele ser bastante significativa.

Uso de la máquina de agarre
Las máquinas de agarre son muy fáciles de usar. Todo lo que tienes que hacer es cargar tu peso en el pasador. No se preocupe, nos aseguramos de que haya espacio suficiente para discos de 20 y 25 kg.
Dirigidas específicamente a mejorar el agarre aplastante, las máquinas de agarre se pueden usar para realizar repeticiones o agarres. Simplemente aprieta ambas barras juntas y haz repeticiones o retenciones. Te recomendamos combinar ambas técnicas en tus entrenamientos.

The Bruce Lee Grip Machine will be delivered disassembled so that we can deliver it to your address in the most convenient way.
Everything you need is included in the package. All the tools that you need to set it up, a manual with explanations on how to do it, and even a set of elastic bands to use for your training.
The whole assembly proces should not take you much longer than 5 minutes, so that you can get to your training as fast as possible!
There are not many ways to train your crushing grip. The most popular method is the age old hand gripper.
This is a great way to train your grip, however if you are truly serious about getting the strongest possible grip, it comes with some limitations.
The most important one is that the resistance of a hand gripper is fixed, and it can be hard to get your progressive overload. For example, if you´re just able to closed our LVL5 gripper, the jump to LVL6 will be way too big and you will have to stick with LVL5 training for a long time.
With the Bruce Lee Grip Machine, you can simply add as much weight as you like, so you can easily get your progressive overload each workout.
