Serious challenge!

I have been using the cylinder grips for my pull-up training for a few weeks. I have to say I significantly underestimated the challenges these special grips add to this "simple" exercise! To do even just one rep, I now need 100% focus and strength, and have to squeeze the grips like I'm going to crush them using my fingers. It's so intense and fun!
