Fun challenge for your pull ups

I bought them because I wanted some variety and challenge for my grip in pull ups. When I first got my hands on them I didnt expected them to be so hard to grip I couldnt do a one arm hang on a ball. Now after some trainings I have to say that its super fun and intense to hit pull Up sets on them, You get a good Burn on your forearms,back and biceps as with normal pull ups but its more intense. Another good point is the freedom of being able to rotate the balls as You pull, being able to pull in the most confortable path for You. Super fun and good training tool if You are a pull Up addict like me. The progress on them is fast, as now I can do way more reps on them and can do one arm hangs and soon I think I will be hitting a one arm pull Up on them.
