El blob es conocido como uno de los levantamientos legendarios en el mundo de la fuerza de agarre. Es básicamente la mitad del extremo de un dumbbell York de 100 lbs, que debe ser levantado del suelo en un estilo de agarre de pinza.

El concepto del blob fue inventado por primera vez por Richard Sorin cuando estaba moviendo algunos pesos de su área de almacenamiento. Después de notar que no podía levantar la mitad del extremo de su dumbbell York de 100 lbs roto, se propuso el objetivo de levantarlo.

Great economical way to train for blobs. Only complaint was the edges are very sharp and not representative of most real blobs.

I would love to review this product, but I cannot. I ordered it on 3/30, but still haven't received it. According to FedEx, it's been sitting in New York since 4/16, and today is 5/6. Hopefully I receive it soon and can give a better review.
