Debido a sus gruesos mangos giratorios, esta es una excelente manera de desarrollar unos flexores de antebrazo impresionantes, mientras también entrenas tus dominadas. 

Puedes optar por agarrarlo con el pulgar sobre el mango (una gran manera si deseas entrenar tu agarre para la lucha de brazos) o debajo del mango (convirtiéndolo en un ejercicio más de agarre).

Among the most useful training tools

I bought a pair of Golden Grip power rollers (i.e., a bundle) some time ago. I've been using them for pull-ups and farmer's walk since. Those training sessions are brutal. Ater a set of farmer's walk, my forearms are probably harder than granite.
