Yes, but it depends on what you want of course! Hand grippers are a great way to increase forearm size and vascularity, develop your grip strength, and have great carry-over to other sports' performance, like strongman, wrestling, climbing, etc.
- Level 1 is perfect for beginners in grip training for high reps, or is to be used as a warm up. Almost anyone will be able to close this.
- Level 2 is to be used for medium reps for beginners, or for high reps for intermediates.
- Level 3 is a nice next step for beginners, which allows them to do some lower reps. For people who are already a bit stronger, it can be used nicely for high reps.
- Level 4 will already be a nice challenge for many fitness enthusiasts, making it very suitable for lower reps.
- Level 5 is suitable for real powerhouses. It is a great goal for many to work towards.
- Level 6. Is your name Eddie Hall, Thor Björnnson, Devon Larratt or are you someone else resembling a 300-pound hulk? Then this one is for you! This gripper is for the crème de la crème among mankind.
This depends a bit on your goals. If your goal is to gain forearm size, we recommend using higher reps, for example 3 sets of 10-15 reps twice a week. If you're looking to simply maximize grip strength, it's good to train lower reps as well. In this case you'd want to include sets with 1-5 reps. For example, do 1 workout per week where you're building up to your max gripper and focus on low reps. Than do another workout that week with high reps.
For the sake of hand health we also recommend training the opening of the hand, a.k.a. the extensors. These finger elastics are a perfect way to do this.

Je n'ai pas voulu "écouter" les avis à 1 étoile donc j'ai commandé une pince, sur le site c'est marqué 4 jours en France pour la livraison, depuis le 04/07/2025 le colis est avec le transporteur, on est le 15/07/2025 et toujours pas de nouvelle. Je comprends que le délais indiquer ne dépend pas de vous mais du transporteur mais au vu des avis négatif il faudrait peut-être en changé. C'est un peu décevant car je suis des athlètes français qui fait des pubs ou qui s'entraine avec votre marque, plutôt que de commander sur amazon moins cher et livré en 1 jours j'ai préféré soutenir votre marque. De plus la personne chez qui j'ai livré la pince (en France) devait prendre l'avion pour me le donner à La Réunion. Malheureusement, malgré le fait que j'ai anticipé les jours la personne devra trouver un autre moyen pour me l'expédier avec des frais à mon compte en plus de la livraison de la pince.

Unfortunately, in rare cases it can happen that a package gets lost in transit or that it gets delayed due to issues within the shipment process by the shipment company.
