Leaderboard rules
General rules
- The lifts must be performed using the Golden Grip tools, any alternatives from other brands are not allowed.
- All lifts must start from the ground.
- The feet should be roughly shoulder width apart. Intentionally shortening the range of motion by lifting in a wide sumo-style is not allowed.
- Any form of wrapping, tape, gloves, or other handwear is not allowed.
- Chalk is allowed, but glue-like substances like tacky are strictly forbidden.
- The grip tool and hand may not touch the legs or any other bodypart during the lift.
- After completing the lift, the weight must be placed on a digital scale. Please show in your video that the scale is set to 0 before putting the weights on. Make sure the digits on the scale are clearly visible.
- Lifts must be send to us either through an Instagram reel or story, or you can also email it to support@goldengrip.com. Write your email subject line as follows: 'Leaderboard lift *grip tool* *weight class*'
- By sending us your lift we will assume that we may link to your video when your score is put on the leaderboard unless you inform us that you don't want this.
- The video must be unedited.
Rules per lift
- The block must be grapped overhand, with the thumb closest to the body
- The block may not touch the legs during the lift
- The block must stay in a vertical position, so that the block is not tilted during the lift
- The fingertips may not come in contact with the bottom side of the block
- The free hand may not make contact with any other bodyparts during the lift
- Legs and upper body must be fully locked out at the end of the lift
- The weight must be lowered to the ground in a controlled manner. If the weight is suddenly dropped the lift will be disqualified.
- Only the rolling handle may be grabbed during the lift
- The free hand may not make contact with any other bodyparts during the lift

- The underside of the plate may not be touched
- The lifting style must be so that all fingertips are pointed down. The thumb may be tucked in or may be pointing down.
- The free hand may not make contact with any other bodyparts during the lift

- The weight must be lowered to the ground in a controlled manner. If the weight is suddenly dropped the lift will be disqualified.
- The fingers may not come into contact with the underside of the cylinder during the lift. The top and sides are free to grab
- The free hand may not make contact with any other bodyparts during the lift

- The weight must be lowered to the ground in a controlled manner. If the weight is suddenly dropped the lift will be disqualified.
- You may not grip the coinlift under the edges. The only allowed way to lift is by pinching the coin between your thumb and pointing finger.
- The free hand may not make contact with any other bodyparts during the lift
