www.goldengrip.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Golden Grip B.V., a private limited company incorporated in the Netherlands, registered office Smederijstraat 2, 4814 DB Breda, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 97840572, VAT no. NL868254964B01, email info@goldengrip.com.

2. Seller of Products

Products purchased through the Website are sold by one of two affiliated entities, determined by the shipping address of the order: Golden Grip LLC (5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States) for orders shipped to the United States, and Golden Grip B.V. for all other orders. The order confirmation identifies the seller. See our Terms of Service for details.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website, or by purchasing our products, you agree to our Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these terms for yourself or the organisation you represent. If any provision is held invalid by a competent court or authority, the remaining provisions remain in full force. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

4. Intended Use and Risk Disclaimer

Golden Grip products are designed for strength training, grip training, armwrestling, strongman and related physical activities. These activities carry inherent risks of injury, including muscle strains, ligament injuries, fractures, permanent disability and death. By using the Website or purchasing or using our products you acknowledge these risks and accept that you are solely responsible for your participation in such activities, for using the products only for their intended purpose and within your physical capabilities, and for following all instructions and warnings supplied with the products. Consult a physician before beginning any high-intensity training. The seller of your product is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, misuse or failure to follow instructions or warnings, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Golden Grip name, logo, product designs, images, text and all other content on the Website are the property of Golden Grip B.V. or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission.

6. Website Content

We take care to keep the information on the Website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. Product images are illustrative; colours and details may differ slightly. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time and may deny access to the Website to any person at our discretion.

7. Governing Law for Use of the Website

Use of the Website is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Golden Grip B.V. does not represent that the Website’s content is appropriate or available for use in every location; anyone accessing the Website from outside the Netherlands does so on their own initiative and is responsible for compliance with local law. The law governing your purchase depends on the seller and is set out in Section 13 of the Terms of Service.
