Shipping Policy

1. Where Your Order Ships From
To give you the fastest and most affordable delivery, we ship from three fulfilment centers:
- United States: orders to U.S. addresses are sold by Golden Grip LLC and shipped from our warehouse in the United States.
- Netherlands: orders to Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada and the Middle East are sold by Golden Grip B.V. and shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
- Asia: orders to Australia, New Zealand and other Asian and Oceanian countries are sold by Golden Grip B.V. and shipped from our warehouse in Asia.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within one business day. A tracking code is emailed to you within 48 hours of shipment. Typical delivery times after shipment are 2–6 business days within Europe, 2–5 business days within the United States, and as shown in the table below for other destinations. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays, customs processing and peak periods can extend them.
3. Duties and Import Taxes
United States, United Kingdom and Norway: there are no additional customs duties or import taxes due on delivery. Any duties are already covered by us. U.S. orders are shipped domestically from within the United States.
Canada and Switzerland: import duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery. These are payable by the customer and are not refundable by us if you refuse the delivery.
Other non-EU destinations: local import duties and taxes, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Shipping Costs
- Netherlands & Belgium: €5.95 on orders up to €150; free on orders over €150.
- France, Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Luxembourg: €9.95 on orders up to €150; free over €150.
- Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Denmark, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy, Spain, Portugal: €14.95 on orders up to €150; free over €150.
- Rest of Europe: €19.97 on orders up to €150; free over €150.
- Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Macao, Philippines: €14.95 on orders up to €150; free over €150.
- United States: $9.97 on orders up to $165; free on orders over $165.
- Rest of the world: €19.97 on orders up to €150; free over €150.

6. Address Errors, Failed Deliveries and Lost Parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout; we cannot change an address once the order has shipped. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or because they were not collected will be refunded minus the outbound shipping cost. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (EU/US) or 20 business days (other destinations), contact us at info@goldengrip.com and we will open a carrier investigation and replace or refund the order.
7. Risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. For EU/UK consumers, risk passes on delivery to you or a person you designated, in line with your statutory rights. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will resolve it at our expense.
