Terms of Service Golden Grip

Effective date: September 3, 2026

1. Who You Are Contracting With

1.1 Golden Grip products are sold through www.goldengrip.com (“Website”) by two affiliated legal entities. The entity that sells to you and is your sole contracting party (the “Selling Entity”) is determined by the shipping address of your order:

• Orders shipped to an address in the United States are sold by Golden Grip LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with its principal office at 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States.
• Orders shipped to any address outside the United States are sold by Golden Grip B.V., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, registered at Smederijstraat 2, 4814 DB Breda, the Netherlands.

1.2 In these Terms of Service (“Terms”), “Golden Grip”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Selling Entity applicable to your order. The Selling Entity is solely responsible for the sale, delivery, warranty, returns and any liability arising from your order. The other entity is not a party to your agreement and accepts no obligation or liability towards you in connection with it.

1.3 Orders placed before the effective date above were concluded with Golden Grip B.V. and remain governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.

2. General

2.1 These Terms apply to the use of the Website and to all offers, orders and agreements between Golden Grip and its customers (“Customer”).
2.2 By visiting the Website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2.3 Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.

3. Definitions

• Selling Entity: Golden Grip LLC or Golden Grip B.V., as determined under Section 1.
• Customer: any natural person or legal entity who visits the Website or makes purchases through the Website.
• Agreement: the agreement between the Selling Entity and the Customer regarding the delivery of products and/or services.

4. Use of the Website

4.1 It is prohibited to use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4.2 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.3 Golden Grip reserves the right to refuse or terminate access to the Website without prior notice.
4.4 Our products are intended for persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are ordering with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

5. Orders and Agreement

5.1 By placing an order, the Customer makes an offer to purchase the relevant product from the Selling Entity.
5.2 Golden Grip reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order without stating reasons.
5.3 The Agreement is concluded as soon as Golden Grip confirms the order. The order confirmation identifies the Selling Entity.

6. Prices, Taxes and Payment

6.1 For orders sold by Golden Grip B.V., prices are shown including VAT unless otherwise stated.
6.2 For orders sold by Golden Grip LLC, prices are shown in U.S. dollars and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, include any applicable state and local sales tax. The sales tax portion of the price is calculated based on the shipping address and is shown on your order confirmation.
6.3 Payment must be made via the payment methods accepted by Golden Grip. Payments are collected by and for the account of the Selling Entity.
6.4 Golden Grip reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

7. Delivery

7.1 Golden Grip strives to deliver orders within the indicated period but cannot guarantee delivery times.
7.2 Delivery takes place at the address provided by the Customer.
7.3 The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the Customer upon delivery.
7.4 Orders shipped to the United States are fulfilled from Golden Grip LLC’s inventory in the United States.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Returns are accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8.2 Consumers purchasing from Golden Grip B.V. have, in addition, the statutory right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons.
8.3 Returns must be made in original condition and packaging.
8.4 Different rules may apply for non-consumers; please refer to our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All intellectual property rights in the Website, its content and the products belong to Golden Grip B.V. or its licensors. Golden Grip LLC sells the products under license.
9.2 It is prohibited to copy, distribute, or otherwise use content from the Website without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Golden Grip processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By using the Website, you agree to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Assumption of Risk, Warranty and Liability

11.1 Golden Grip is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
11.2 Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profits is excluded.
11.3 Golden Grip is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites linked from the Website.
11.4 The use of Golden Grip products involves inherent risks of physical injury. By purchasing, the Customer expressly assumes these risks and agrees to use the products only as intended. Golden Grip is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or overexertion.
11.5 Equipment sold on our Website includes equipment that would be used for high-risk activities, like weight training, grip training, armwrestling, strongman and climbing. Using our products for these types of activities provides inherent risk of injury, irrespective of the functioning of our equipment. By using our equipment for any activities related to weight training, armwrestling, strongman, climbing, or other strength-related activities you assume full responsibility for the risk involved, including death and severe personal injury. The Customer acknowledges that they have been advised to consult a physician before beginning any high-intensity strength training. The Selling Entity is not liable for any financial compensation of any kind for any type of injury that occurs while using our equipment during participation in any of the activities outlined above.
11.6 IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SELLING ENTITY’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 (OR €100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11.7 Limited Warranty. The Selling Entity warrants to the original purchaser that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. If a product proves defective within this period, the Selling Entity will, at its option, repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, damage caused by misuse, overloading, modification, improper maintenance or accident, or use in commercial gyms or other commercial settings. To make a claim, contact info@goldengrip.com with your order number and photos of the defect. This warranty is the only express warranty we give and replaces any other statement about the products, wherever made. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 12-MONTH PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. For consumers in the European Union, this warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, the statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery.
11.8 Some jurisdictions, including certain U.S. states and EU member states, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In such cases the exclusions and limitations in this Section apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights of consumers that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 Golden Grip reserves the right to modify these Terms.
12.2 Modified terms will be published on the Website and will apply from the date of publication.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Orders sold by Golden Grip B.V. are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in the consumer’s country of residence.
13.2 Orders sold by Golden Grip LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to such orders shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and the Customer consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13.3 NO CLASS ACTIONS: The Customer agrees that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
13.4 WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Customer waives any right to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of Golden Grip products or services.
