The pulley system is incredibly versatile, as you can attach a whole range of different attachment to it (a judo belt, armwrestling strap, our armwrestling buddies, wrist wrench, etc.).

The pulley is also adjustable in height, so that you can train your movements from every angle imaginable. 

The pulley system fits on most armwrestling tables. You can set up the pulley on the long side of the table, or on the short side (if you want to train side pressure) if the arm handle can be deattached from the table

Great piece of equipment

Got the pulley recently, and happy with my purchase. It seems solid. Easy to install. Can be positioned on either side of a standard table. The design makes it perfect for any type of training - back pressure, cupping, hook, pronator, supinator. Very flexible pulley wheels makes it work like a charm. Would buy again.

Game changer

I'm using this pulley at home in combination with their table and I love it. The structure is very stable and seems like it can hold a lot of weight. Right now I'm mostly using around 30-40KG, which is no problem at all. The cable runs smooth and it was quite easy to set up. Recommended!
