- Use the elbow pad attachment, which will turn it into a regular armwrestling table. Ideal to simply pull with a trainings partner.
- Use the attachment with our rotating multibar, which is a great choice for training sidepressure, hooking, and pressing.
- Leave out the attachments entirely to create an open space within the table. This is perfect if you want to train backpressure, since you can now train with the pulley at the lowest position without the cable being blocked by the table.
