Regarding the screws you mentioned: those should absolutely have been included in the correct size, and it shouldn’t have been necessary for you to purchase replacements yourself. It's the first time we're hearing about this, feel free to contact us at info@goldengrip.com so we can reimburse you for the extra costs of this.
We actually have pretty strict quality control, which has always been our nr. 1 priority. We even hire a 3rd party quality inspection firm to inspect our own goods after they've finished production.
I can see that indeed there are some scratches visible on your machine, which definitely shouldn't be the case. I'm afraid that your package was simply mishandled in transit a lot, which would've caused the scratching.
We will definitely take your feedback into account and add extra protection during the shipping process to avoid the scratches from happening. Your feedback regarding the welding and powdercoating is also noted, we will pay more attention to this.
