Hammer Curl / Tricep Bar
- Perfect for hammer curls, tricep extensions & skullcrushers
- Solid steel structure with knurled handles
- Target your brachioradialis, brachialis, biceps, and triceps
- Bar collars included
+ more
One bar, two of the best arm exercises there are.
The neutral grip is the secret weapon for arm size. This is because the brachioradialis and brachialis are mostly targeted with a neutral/semi-pronated grip.
This bar is perfect for hitting heavy hammer curls, so that you can thicken your forearms and push your biceps up higher.
And for triceps, the same grip lets you do extensions and skullcrushers without your elbows and wrists complaining.
The bar is built with a solid steel frame, with knurled handles so that your grip stays locked in. Collars are included, so you can load up and start training straight away.
At 83cm it's compact enough for any home gym, but with 10KG of steel it's built to be loaded heavy.
Specifications:
- Made from steel
- Knurling on handles
- Size: 83cm / 33inch long, 20cm / 8inch high.
- Loading pin diameter: 50mm / 2inch
- Handle diameter: 25mm / 1inch
- Total weight: 10KG / 22LBS
- Bar collars included
