This is a loadable dumbbell for 50mm/2" plates. We have placed it in this scratch & dent section because due to a manufacturing mistake, the handle length got a bit shorter than we would have liked. The length of the handle is now 11.5cm / 4.5inch. It's wide enough to fit most hands, but if you have big hands it might be too tight. To compensate, we're offering this at a large discount. Please check the measurements of your hand width when you make a fist to check if it fits.
Other than the small handle, this dumbbell is perfectly fine and can still give you a great workout! Due to the fact the the sleeves are rotating, it makes it great to do exercises like wrist curls.
